Soava products are handmade:  All our products are handmade with natural or upcycled materials.  As a result, small variations from the item pictured on our website do occur and add character to our products. Please keep in mind the uniqueness of your Soava product when evaluating an item for an exchange or for a return.

Our return policy:  We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase on our website. Therefore, we will accept returned merchandise WITHIN 30 CALENDAR DAYS from the delivery date.  Please email us at Hello@SoavaStore.com to receive instructions for returning your product.   

PLEASE NOTE: The shipping costs to return the products will be yours unless the return is due to a fault or an error of our own. A refund of the full product price will be applied to the credit card you used to purchase the item within 5 business days. The good news is that we do not charge a restocking fee!

Our exchange policy:

Soava items can be exchanged for a product of the same, lower, or greater dollar value.

If you exchange your product with an item with a greater value, you will be responsible for the cost difference.

If you exchange with an item with a lesser value, we will reimburse you for the cost difference.

Please email us at Hello@SoavaStore.com to make arrangement for your exchange. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs, and we will cover the shipping cost of getting the new item to you.

For products that are not fair trade certified, we still do abide to the fair trade principles and ensure that every partner on our supply chain is treated with equity and ethically.
