Exchanges and Returns

Our products are handmade:
Our items are handmade and made with natural materials.  As a result, small variations from the item pictured on our Website do occur.  Please keep in mind the uniqueness of your Soava product when evaluating an item for an exchange or for a return.

Our return policy:
If you are not happy, we are not happy either!  We will accept returned merchandise within 30 calendar days from the purchase date.  Please email us at to receive instructions for returning your product.

We will provide you with a Return Approval Number (also called RAN). We require your RAN to process your refund. No refund can be processed without a RAN.

Please keep in mind that all returned merchandise must be in a new condition, unworn, unused, and preferably in its original packaging.

We will send you a confirmation email once we have received your returned merchandise at our warehouse. Once we have received your approved returned merchandise, a refund of the full product cost (without shipping cost) will be applied to the credit card you used to purchase the item.

Unfortunately we cannot return damaged items or items damaged in the return transit. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a fault or an error of our own.

Our exchange policy:

Soava items can be exchanged for a product of the same or greater value. If you exchange your product with an item with a greater value, you will be responsible for the cost difference.
